Writing poetry, collecting postcards, making wool felt dolls, studying Japanese, and watching movies! The movies I watch range from comedy to horror but I love shojo anime and romantic movies the most.

Favourite things

Reading a good book, traveling, and relaxing at a nice cafe.

Things I like about Japan

Almost everything! The culture, the language, food, people, and its fabulous animation movies. I love all things related to matcha and Ghibli studios.

How long I am staying in Japan

I come to Japan every year for my summer vacation! For me, that's every June to July.

Things I like about T-Place

It's a comfortable space to meet friendly people and speak in English.

I'm half Japanese and Filipino but I was born in Mexico and grew up traveling in 7 different countries. I currently study at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts as a neuroscience major. Hopefully we can talk more about our experiences and interests at the T-Place!
